Apparently the school decided to block this site. Then I went to a different computer (the one I'm on right now) the next period and it isn't. Odd.

I remember browsing random gaming forums in school.3DSStrider wrote:Apparently the school decided to block this site. Then I went to a different computer (the one I'm on right now) the next period and it isn't. Odd.
Used to hang out in the library since I didn't have any classes for the last two periods or so.

I've mentioned this before, but it doesn't hurt to mention again.o.pwuaioc wrote:Wild was always my favorite.
Buy the sauces from B-Dubs that you like (they're not expensive at all) and make your own wings or boneless wings at home for a fraction of the price. I usually purchase chicken breasts, cut them into chunks, coat them in flour and panko, pan fry them, then toss 'em in sauce. Cheaper, healthier, tastier.
Plus the sauces have something like a three year shelf life, so you don't have to worry about discarding what you do not use.
I thought a bit about my Blazin' T-shirt and if I should keep it or donate it. Think next time we visit BW3's I'll wear it and pretend to be part of the staff. No major shenanigans, but stuff like asking people if they are enjoying their meals and shooting the breeze with the employees at the pos.

Yeah, I've done that before. Usually I would just put it on top of a grilled chicken breast. Haven't in a while, just because I haven't made it a point to stop at a Bdubs and pick a bottle, but now I've got a hankering...

Smile: College app is in, now I just have to wait.
Frown: My GPA is pretty sour, as is my ACT (with the exception of reading and writing, which scored 29). I have two very nice teacher recommendations and a few others I don't know about though. So we'll see.
Smile: Gonna buy myself a PSVita today I think.

There was a Budweiser "brand" bbq sauce that was sold at grocery stores that was excellent on chicken and salmon. It reminded me a lot of the BW3 sauces as that it had a similar texture as it was think and contained whole spices and diced onions.the King wrote:Yeah, I've done that before. Best of luck man. Where are you applying?
Quick tip to save you some application cash: A lot of universities use a simple calculation to confirm if you qualify or not, usually a combination of GPA and SAT or ACT scores. Check that out before applying to some colleges as they won't budge from that number.

University of Colorado - Colorado Springs. They have a very high acceptance rate (96% iirc) and take applicants on a case by case basis. I have a friend down there, and his room-mate was able to get in with pretty shit marks on the condition he submitted himself to academic probation. I might have to do the same.Luke wrote: Best of luck man. Where are you applying?

I've declared English for now, but I might switch to Journalism at some point. We'll see.

Always keep your options open, and I highly suggest you find an academic adviser you are comfortable with. Also, don't dick around too much when choosing your electives. I found that every guy on campus thinks "Women in Literature" will contain a classroom full of chicks only to find out it's full of dudes and lesbians who thought there would be a classroom full of chicks.
