Then don't mention this stuff all the time...

You seem like a nice kid who share some interests with us. We were all teenagers once, so we know your daily drama is important to you. However, as adults, most of us realize how inconsequential that stuff is in the big picture. Therefore, we really aren't very sympathetic or interested in high school teenie bopper drama. And if we were we would put on re-runs of Dawson's Creek.

Not trying to be too harsh, but you are posting most of this stuff on the wrong forum.

Smile: Picked up my copy of Injustice from Walmart and discovered that the free copy of MK vs DC is a full boxed copy instead of a dlc code.

Frown: Coming out of the store i get a call on my phone telling my school is on emergency lockdown and people are being told to barricade themselves in the classrooms. It was a terrible walk home and then it took some time to find out what had happened. Thankfully it doesn't appear that anyone was hurt and it was to keep a dangerous criminal out of the school, not some kind of attack inside. Still lucky that i don't work on tuesdays so i wasn't there for any of it.

Downer of the day was having to take an oral exam in Spanish 204 :P.

Uppers was pulling off the presentation quite well without any major slip ups from myself or my group members. Also decided to go to my local pawnshop on a whim and ended up with Killer 7, FFIV Dirge of Cerberus, ICO, Killer 7, and Steambots Chronicles for $3 a piece. Those finds really made my day and I have been wanting to play some of those for along time.

New downer. Realizing how insane my backlog has become :P.

:) : Fire Emblem Awakening arrived this morning, two days early.

:(: Can't play it until this evening, and I'm also gonna have to miss the Nintendo Direct that is on today.

:): But that's because I have to prepare for a job interview for a job I'd like to do.

:(: Unfortunately, it's an unpaid internship I'm interviewing for. I'd much prefer to actually be paid :x

Smile: Went to B-Dubs (aka Buffalo Wild Wings) with friends last night, ate some wings and downed a pint. Also ran into a few old friends while I was there. Good times.

Frown/kind of: There was a cop outside (where we were sitting) who leaned against his cruiser and just watched everybody. We had a dd (always do), but that wouldn't have mattered as we watched a few drunks leave and drive and the cop still just stood there watching people.

My tax dollars at work.

Smile: Fresh new kicks. Now to catch a fly girl and catch a beat.

Man, I haven't been to a B-Dubs since I quit working there years ago. What sauces do they have now? Do they still have 25c wing night and 50c leg night?

:( Has been a pretty rough day at work.

:) Less than twenty minutes left...

 Just got this message after dissing my significant other's strange taste in food:

:x Why you guys always get on while I'm getting ready to leave work!? Shit's boring at night.

Last night was Wing Night, $0.50 wings and $3.75 tall boys of Yuengling. I believe legs are $1.00 on Leg Night. Same sauces as always, I think. I usually stick to Wild, Hot BBQ and Caribbean jerk.

Forgot to add:

FROWN!!! They took down all the pictures of the people who completed the Blazin' Challenge, so my mug is no longer on the wall.

Smile: The manager said they scanned all the pictures and are putting them in a large digital frame that will rotate the pics. That'll do for me, and I still have my free "Blazin' Survivor t-shirt that I will probably never wear.

I haven't been to Bdubs in years either. Used to go a ton back in the college days. That was also back when they had the .25 wings and .50 legs. Seems like last time I went everything was more expensive and the quality had gone down and they nickle and dime you on everything. Like a $1 per leg is not a good deal and there was barely any sauce on them, but the Caribbean Jerk sauce was still the real deal.

Not surprised it's doubled in price. Beer's the same...I think. (It's been a long, long time.) Wild was always my favorite. Hot enough to compete against Blazin', but with all the flavor intact. I'd also get Mango Habanero, Caribbean Jerk, and/or Spicy Garlic. I have weird tastes. I just looked up the rest of the sauces, and apparently there are some new ones. Salt & Vinegar, Chipotle, Buffalo, Jammin Jalapeno, Desert Heat, and Thai Curry are all new. I'm surprised they still have Parmesan Garlic, though. Those were gross. We had to sample all the flavors extensively in order to give recommendations, and those were just icky.

Turns out there's one in Brooklyn. I may go for wing night. If it's like it was in Memphis, whose population is a fraction of NYC's, I may be waiting a long time to get in, though. :/
