And how about the runners who didn't give a flip and kept running towards the finish line?
I'm outside the Empire State Building, and there's no panic or anything here. I don't know why any hotel in NY would evacuate.
Bloomberg says the NYPD are stepping up security and police presence, but no evacuations. Keep your ears open up there though, and good luck o.pwuaioc.
Thanks Ack. Hopefully they'll keep the trains running, too, here. My cousin apparently works a block or so away from the explosions, and she said she's OK. Still, pretty rough looking up there. Who all are our Boston members? Key-glyph I know, I sent her a message already.

I just heard about what happened a few minutes ago and saw some of the footage, this is seriously messed up. I don't know anybody who's in the Boston area right now but my condolences go out to the people affected by this.

I hope none of the other bombs that they found (or haven't found yet) have the chance to go off and hurt any more people.

I hope they find whoever set this up.

Already the news is blaming Al-Queada, which is a bit shitty since so far everything is speculation. That said, I think it was a planned attack so there is that.

We kid around a lot here, but please remember that people died and not make light of this tragedy.

It could just as easily be a domestic Oklahoma City-style bombing.

I think Luke is just claiming it's his gut.

And that's Alex Jones. That's pretty much par for the course with him.

Oh I know all about Jones, but him and his ilk still get my hackles up.

Yeah, that guy is scum, clearly. I don't quite understand the term "false flag."

CNN and Fox news. Big surprise right?

Another reason I like NPR, who reported "Three explosions took place in Boston today, We will report on this matter when we have more information".
