Before Attack of the show, there was the Screen savers. Before Comcast ruined Tech TV.
THIS was created
and it's been 10 years since this was made.
WOW
Funnily enough Ben Heck attempted this himself recently with a PS3/WII U/XBOX 360.
I miss Tech TV Thought I'd link to this mofo in memory and well discuses. Anyone else remember this anyone else irked there wasn't a Dreamcast in it?

Re: 10 years since Yoshi's Boxx
I loved Tech TV. I watched Screen Savers every day. Leo Laporte has a neat web show now, regrettably it's mostly about cell phones, but it's still got some neat tech chat on there.

I remember watching the unveiling episode of Yoshi's Boxx and being amazed mainly by the projector in the setup. I always wondered why he never combined everything into one optical drive (obviously I know now that this is pretty much impossible).
The episode that always sticks in my mind is the one where they made a computer with a Terabyte's worth of storage. The image links are dead and I think the video is long gone. But according to this article (http://www.g4tv.com/articles/38895/buil ... te-system/), it was tens of thousands of dollars to build a computer with 1TB storage in 2002. Granted, it was 11 years ago, but just to think of how much the price went down even after 7 years always leaves me dumbfounded.
With that said, I'm going to go and watch youtube videos of this show for the rest of the day.

That is quite impressive! But I can't imagine how much it cost him to do all that.
