And I should also state that this manner of interaction actually bothers me less than the recent League of Legends case involving Good Game University (GGU) General Manager Sam “Hexo” Bouchard, who has received an official reprimand over his use of DoS attacks to bring down opponents. Between using technology to specifically deny me the ability to play and dampen by competitiveness or overly enthusiastic swearing into a mic, I'll take the swearing any day of the week.

The thing I find nice is that League of Legends is doing their damnedest to make both unacceptable.

Hey now, thats a Call of Duty reference. We dont take kindly to those around these parts.

Truth be told, I wish they would release COD 1-6ish on GOG. I dont need the most modern ones, I just want to play multiplayer COD 1 UO, 2, and 4, without having to pay $20 a copy...

I'm kinda surprised you don't have copies of those just sitting around. I still haven't picked up 2 or the UO expansion, but I do have CoD and CoD 4 handy.

I have a copy of CoD2, but I lost the key to it in one of my moves. I could procure a new one, but honestly GOG has spoiled me on lan party games.

It seems like COD pros aren't that much different from the mental image many of us have of the "average COD player".
Looks like COD gamers yell at people of the opposing team while wow gamers yell at their own team mates
