Either my Golden Sun is a bootleg or it went through the wash a few dozen times before I owned it.

It's easy to tell if you open the cartridge

Re: Pirated video games
It's quite impressive for the first 10 minutes, with some Gen IV sprites playing on a GBA cart, but then you get to the point where you realize it's an unfinished fan-hack that's been dumped by some opportunistic scoundrels. It's not that hard to download a competent fan-made game too, such as ShinyGold. If you're gonna be a profiteering doofus, you may as well rip-off the best stuff.SNKnicotine wrote:Do dreamcast games count![]()
Also, I've heard that some of the popular pirated Poke GB games are really good such, as Darkcry and choas (I believe thats what they're called) either way I'd like to get my hands on them.
I also used to nab some whenever I was in Spain, as a kid. I scooped up a woefully translated Pokemon Green, outta sheer curiosity since it was never coming out in the West. It was prone to blackouts at the most random of intervals, but I can't say with wasn't interesting to muck around with. I got a scabbed Crystal too, before it was localized, from the same place, and like the above, was borked in terms of localization.
I own a bootleg copy of King of Fighters EX: Neoblood, and I was tempted to cough up for more, but I'm a bit anally retentive when it comes to the sheer aesthetics of my collection, and anything of interest, such as those 128-in-1 GBA carts, aren't known to be the most reliable products going, in terms of saving and perfomance. Quelle surprise for a pirated cart, eh?

That super 118 in 1 is crazy. Is there any chance you can post a picture of what the board looks like on the inside?

Re: Pirated video games
here you go. This game is an odd one, it has some amazing games on it, but it doesn't work in my Gameboy, it only works when I use the Super Gameboy adapter to play on the SNES

It also came with a nice little Gameboy case as well

Ok that's really amusing that it even came with a custom case. I assume those are reset buttons do you don't have to power cycle the system?
