just finished my dinner of kung pao chicken tasted awesome even with olive oil. They just put up a Trader Joes in the town next to mine. I'm definitely going to be cooking more often.

I need to learn how to cook. I've been getting by making either quick crappy dinners (or picking up dinner) and using the "I was working late!/I'm tired from work!" excuse. But now that I'm no longer working (well, as of June 7th) I need to step my game up.

You doing the stay-at-home daddy thing? Or what.

Yes. I work at a school, I'm gonna finish the year out (Summer vacation begins June 7) - then I'm home with da baby.

Man, I wish I was a stay-at-home mom...
I much prefer the role of cook, clean, play with kid.
Plus, since I got this job, I hear nothing but complaints how she is bored all the time at home.
