I need some opinions on my video review
Re: I need some opinions on my video review
Ok, I understand, not everyone these days appreciate older games. Are you located in the Americas or Europe. There are plenty of games that were released in North America that never reached Europe, and vice-versa.

Another reason for starting reviews is that there are a lot of obscure, old games that are just awesome. Like for example, on the Saturn there's Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story, great mecha game that's fast, simple to control and ridiculously fun to play.
I thought i was gonna get a experience similar to Armored Core on the PS1 (clunky as hell, low framerate, hard to control, etc.), but Side Story surprised the hell out of me.

I asked this same question my self while watching this. With soo many people doing game reviews it seems saturated with Video game nerds and nintendo punks.skyknight wrote:But I am curious to know the kind of audience you are trying to reach out to? I mean, we are in the internet age, there's plenty of videogames that gamers have played in one part of the world that others haven't. Are you trying to reach out to English-speaking viewers in the Americas, Europe, or Pacific?
Have you considered doing some reviews in your native language? I'd imagine there are some that don't speak english that would want to find out more about some of these games.

Perfectly understandable for me, and I'm not a native English speaker.
Good quality video too.
As mentioned before, try to show more of the game though. Not just one level...
Small detail. The word 'genesis' has the accent on the first syllable...

Ex., if you were to search for 'super mario bros. 3 review' on youtube, there's more than 800.000 results. But for 'Alisia Dragoon review' there's only 38 results, with my fresh review on the first page.
Sure as hell i'm gonna do a few reviews about popular games tho.
Ahhh, i can't do reviews in my own language (i would love to), because console gaming isn't really popular in my country, and retro console gaming practically does not exist here.
