Does this include DsiWare?

I've not played that many DS or 3DS games, but I've had a lot of fun with:

Dodogo!
Mario vs Donkey Kong: Minis March Again
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (which I actually enjoyed more than Order of Ecclesia)
Soul of Darkness
Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ

Not sure why so many people loved Super Mario 3d Land. I thought it was okay, kind of boring at times

I'll make up a list. It may not be definitive, but it's what I'm thinking for now:

1) Dragon Quest V
2) 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors
3) Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
4) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
5) Sonic Rush

TECHNICALLY NOT A GAME SO I'LL SAY IT'S A RUNNER-UP: Korg DS-10+

It's tough to pick favorites from series like Dragon Quest, Castlevania, and Ace Attorney... BUT YEAH.

I don't think I have played enough DS games to make a top 5 list, but Radiant Historia would be number one on my list.

I think a runner up on my list would also have to be: Rayman Origins, and Street fighter 4

No particular order, and I don't play handhelds for more than 15 minutes at any given time, so that no doubt affects my tastes:

Ivy the Kiwi DS
Wire Way DS
Mag Kid Slide Adventure DS-J
Nanostray DS
Buckingham Palace Mystery DS
DK Jungle Climber DS
SSFIV 3DS

I haven't delved much into the DS/3DS library, but here are my favorites thus far.
I only own about 15 DS/3DS games. I need to up that number.

Ketsui Death Label
Super Mario Land 3D (Working on the 'special' worlds now, love the 3D effects)
Final Fantasy IV
Ridge Racer 3D (Surprisingly great game with a lot of content, although repetitive)
Nano Assault

I have Radiant Historia which I haven't opened yet, but I'll get to it soon enough.
From what I hear, it is great.
