At this point, for me at least, Andrea has transcended the realm of anger and annoyance and has instead just become....sad. That's how I feel every time she's on the screen now. Not annoyed or angry or exasperated or even "OMG why would you do that WTH?", just sad.

We're about due for a shocking death on the show. I vote for Andrea. Seeing as how they are not using her in a way that is even remotely like her comic book character, might as well just kill her off. She's useless anyway.

I vote for Andrea as well, but I don't see it happening soon. The writers know everyone hates Andrea, so they'll keep using her.

I mean, look at all the comments about her just on this forum. You don't kill off such a polarizing character so quickly.

Carl all the way.

I'd kill Daryl. But he is the fan(girl) favorite. So I don't see that happening. Keep Merle.

I didn't find anything particularly offensive about it... I liked how we got a scene with Andrea being treated like the worthless piece of trash that she is.

I also liked how the group's acceptance of Merle really helps show you that these characters are living in a world where you can't afford to pick and chose your friends/allies. Merle is definitely a dick and fucked Glen and Maggie over pretty hard, but the fact of the matter is an able and healthy body trained with a weapon is an asset that can't be ignored for any reason.

Never said it was offensive, just said it was trash. Worse than fan fiction the writing was.

I'm pretty sure we all knew the main villain was not going to be killed off in his sleep by andrea. So either he was going to wake up(or still be awake) as she attempted to kill him and pull a startling arm grab, or she was going to not go through with it.

As far as Andrea goes, I actually found her a lot more logical in this episode. Yes, she didn't kill the governor at the end, but killing another person isn't a cakewalk, and she's never done that before. I also found her attempts to reconcile the two groups to somewhat justify her stupid choices thus far. She does have a point, Rick's group doesn't have much of a chance against the governor's larger army.

Her asking for nerd guy's help was a bonehead move though.

I'm sorry, I never saw the appeal of the Oscars anyway. "Oh look, snooty people decide what should and shouldn't be considered good by the sheepish masses."

Really and truly, I am a fan of base stuff. Violence, gore, horror, humor, action. Django did pretty good this year, but really, if Django was by another director, would it have been considered as good?
