My guess is that "Cat & Rat" is a re-named version of "Cat Trax" and that "Mars Attack" could be any one of the "space" games for the Arcadia 2001 (i.e., Alien Invaders, Space Attack, Space Vultures, etc.). Another clue is the game "Folkland War". The 1982 Falklands War would have been a big deal in England (and Argentina), but not such a big deal in the United States. I suspect the title "Folkland War" is in reference to the 1982 Falklands War, making me almost certain that these are carts for a foreign Arcadia 2001 variant.

It would help if you post what country you bought them in. Maybe check back where you saw the carts just in case there is a matching console buried in the shelves somewhere?

EDIT
Interesting, the Arcade Star Castle is called Space Castle in Germany, a Vectrex tease.

Do the back of the carts have screenshots on them? How many pins inside?

EDIT: I just noticed the names on the carts. "Capture" is an Arcadia 2001 title, as is "Space Mission". I suspect that "Combat" is a re-named version of "Tanks A Lot". Accordingly, I very strongly suspect that those are carts for a foreign Arcadia 2001 variant.
Damn, I wasn't too far off noticing the Arcadia thing then.

I kinda want an Arcadia now...

Any idea if the PAL sticker on the Donkey Kong cartridge means anything? And also, what are the serial numbers printed on the labels in the lower right corners?
THIS. Look at the Space Castle game, each cart has a different name on top. I'm real curious if the Space Castle cart is based on the Arcade Star Castle. Vectrex is supposed to be the only system that has the official home release. Strange that Space Castle looks to be the most common cart in the collection with all but one getting a relabel to another game.

I pulled the image again, right click for a zoomed in view. 18 numbered games at least on this system based on the printed labels. I see printed labels of Video Chess, Space Mission, Auto Race, Basketball, Soccer, Capture and what is or Mat/Log? Some of the names allude to Atari 2600 titles.

I thought Up Up & Away was 2600 Superman, the label picture looks like Crazy Climber.

Hmm, I'm not quite sure if that serial code is 15-CTO-10, 16-CTO-10, 15-CTG-10, or 16-CTG-10 on that Up-Up & Away cartridge, but none of those pull up anything relevant to video games when I search for them.

Thanks for the replies. I probably should of mentioned that I'm in Australia. The numbers on the carts are
IS-CTG-10
IS-CTG-07

In that case, my guess is that these are carts for one (or more) of the following, flamboyantly-named consoles:

Sheen Home Video Centre 2001
Tempest MPT-03
Trakton Computer Video Game
Tunix Home Arcade
UVI Compu-Game
Video Master

All of these are Australian Arcadia 2001 variants.

(Also...these are a cool find! I am trying to collect a complete set of NTSC Arcadia 2001 games, and this is the first time that I have seen the foreign versions of these carts.)

Thanks for all the input guys.
I think you are right and they are the carts for the Australian variant of the Arcadia 2001.

Some of the names do match the Arcadia 2001, however there are titles do not seem to correlate to a similar US named game cart. What is perplexing is the text printed (dot matrix printed?) vintage stickers on top that represent a different game compared to the front label on the carts.

Some names match up to official released games, but a couple do not. Auto Race, Basketball and Mat/Log for example. Maybe bootlegs or a chance the carts are direct from an Emerson Arcadia Developer, unreleased games perhaps? Auto Race could be a rare game, a variant of Route 16. :!:

Number is not Alphabetic
Maybe the hand written numbers on the printed stickers could be the order the game was coded? The old computer printed sticker labels on top makes me think that those particular carts and maybe all of them are from a developer and not bootlegs. I would think a bootleg seller would at least remove the original label in the front and not just use a printed sticker and hand written numbered like that. You should really try to find the console back at the store and fire them up, maybe some unreleased treasures! Even the sticker labeled games with names of official released titles could be earlier beta editions!

I'm real curious about that Space Castle thinking at first it might be a home version of the Arcade Star Castle. Looking at the label again, the way the gun shoots at the sky maybe a version of a game called Paratrooper? This would make it an unreleased Arcadia title. Or going by the list below, one of the bottom shooters such as Pleiads? If you get a console, maybe post a screenshot of this game?

Just found another title, exclusive to Europe. Maybe this is that Space Castle game with the Paratrooper themed picture on the front label?

Look at the label picture, Up Up & Away might be this game. Another Euro exclusive or beta? The Arcadia game list is growing.

Whatever these are, I'm 99% sure they aren't PSX games!
