PC Fighters With Controller Support?
PC Fighters With Controller Support?
I've been itching for a competitive fighter with online capabilities. Is there anything worth playing on PC that supports a 360 controller? Preferably free, or very cheap ($5 or less).

The better question is what PC fighter DOESN'T support controllers?
Anyway, you can't bring up PC fighting games without bringing up the fighter to end all fighters, MUGEN. If you haven't played MUGEN, then go try it; it's... something else.

Street Fighter x Tekken and SSFIV are both on PC and both have online BUT they use Games For Windows Live so it never quite works well at all if it does work. Which is a 50/50 chance.
Guilty Gear X2 doesn't support multiplayer but it works with my Saturn pad just fine.

^ Waste of time, to be frank, this is a build-a-fighter and has no tournament application.lisalover1 wrote:The better question is what PC fighter DOESN'T support controllers?Anyway, you can't bring up PC fighting games without bringing up the fighter to end all fighters, MUGEN. Do this OP, download GGPO and pick up Third Strike, King of Fighters 98 or 2002, or Garou Mark of the Wolves.
Also, don't use a 360 pad for fighting games, it has one of the crappiest d-pads ever made and will only create an execution wall for you.

I have Guilty Gear XX #Reload and it does support multiplayer controllers. Music is 48 kbps though. Someone explain that to me?
