I just received my SHAKE!350 navigation system from Japan and was pretty excited that I got a GPS in English for Japan, But the more I though about it the more I was regretting spending 350+ on a GPS that was only one country capable! I started searching Google for hacks and fixes and I finally found one (only one actually
) that seems REALLY good, It involves loading tomtom version 6.000 on to my GPS have access to ANY map that tomtom 6.000 can accept and apparently I can keep my default Japan program also. So I've seemed to have found a way to use the GPS in the US now, But I emailed the guy who found the hack for help (since he offered on his website) and he's too busy to help with anything right now.I need some help in the vein of "Help For Dummies!", Simple step by step instruction on how to install the tomtom software load it's maps and voices and also keep my original program and how to load between the two. Oh and a way to restore my GPS to original if it ever screws up

On this web page you will find step by step procedure which can be applied for shake and then make possible play video and instal TomTom software with any map you want (only version 6.0 works).
