This could go in multiple threads, but since it's a movie-themed party I'll post this here:
Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 Luke Presents STEVEN SEAGAL IS HARD TO GRILL
Party begins at 4pm until Midnight. There will be six different viewing areas including the home theater, the game room, the living room, one guest room, on the patio, and in the outdoor shed near the grill Each screen will have a different Seagal movie playing. Switching rooms isn't mandatory, but suggested.
Sucks a coin-purse that his energy drink isn't still around, but there will be Steven Seagal themed food including:
Broken Ribs (bbq'd pork ribs)
Into The Bun (grilled burgers)
Under Sage (grilled chicken with sage and hot peppers)
Above The Slaw (German style cole-slaw)
Broken Elbows (baked mac & cheese)
Fries of Fury
Baked Beans of the Beast
License to Spill (a blood red cocktail with vodka, 7-up, grenadine, and a whisky chaser for the bold).
What was the last movie you've seen?

Thanks. I'm hoping to expand the menu, but it's pretty fleshed out so far. I love throwing these movie themed parties, no matter how awful the movies are. As long my visitors can keep their food on their plate, it's fun to watch people hop from movie to movie, from floor to floor. I'll be stuck at the grill for most of the first few hours, but I'll be near a Seagal movie wherever I go.Hobie-wan wrote:Terrible terrible puns sir. I approve.

Is that necessarily a good thing?Luke wrote:...I'll be near a Seagal movie wherever I go.
"Steven Seagal, I will always have you near me."
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
It depends. I'll be sure to have ABOVE THE LAW and HARD TO KILL near my vicinity and will try to avoid Under Siege II and Glimmer Man as much as possible.prfsnl_gmr wrote:Is that necessarily a good thing?Luke wrote:...I'll be near a Seagal movie wherever I go.

The next time one of my children has a nightmare, I will say, "Don't worry. Nothing is going to hurt you. Steven Seagal will be near you wherever you go." They won't understand what I am talking about - and it might make their nightmares worse - but I will think it's funny.
