I could see Dragon lairs trilogy becoming rare. For the simple fact that it did not sell well and also the fact that its a cult classic.

"Shmup" is far more elegant!

I'm less sure. Dragon's Lair is on basically every system ever made, ever, so i can't imagine this version would be in especially high demand.

WWE 13 could go higher than usual for its genre.
Being like THQ's final Wii game or whatever, so close to their bankruptcy.

I’m pretty surprised that Xenoblade is so expensive. I remember when I bought it, I just walked into a Gamestop and purchased it a few months after it came out. No pre-order, no nothing.

Is it actually selling for around $100? The gamestop near me still has three unopened copies, and two open copies.

Why is this surprising? Highly rated RPG low print run gamestop exclusive, mine only got 3 copies. I remember everyone saying this was going to be an expensive game in the US before it was even released.

This is exactly why it's so expensive. Self-fulfilling prophecy really.

For Xenoblade to be going for so much so soon after it's release, I would assume that it isn't going to last. Maybe they'll do another run, since it clearly sold beyond expectations. Maybe it's a speculator-bubble.

All I know is that if I had a Wii and wanted to play Xenoblade, I'd rather bide my time to see if prices fall over the next year or so.

I doubt they will reprint it with the Wii U being out, they might however make an HD version on the Wii U and surely that would bring the price back down a bit.

With a sequel due out soon, I wouldn't count on the original being re-released, especially if the sequel doesn't live up to all the hype.
