Hello everyone.
I'm writing an article for my website about Brand/Product themed video games and will also have a small section that deals with games that have product placement in them.
::Updated with user input and further research::
In terms of Brand/Product Themed games:
1. Cool Spot
2. The Chester Cheetah games
3. Pepsiman
4. The more recent Burger King video games.
5. Chex Quest
6. Yo!Noid
7. The California Raisens
8. Pepsi Invaders
9. MC Kids and McDonald's Treasureland Adventures
10. Kool-Aid Man 2600
11. Budweiser Tapper
12. Cap'n Crunch's Crunchling Adventure
13. Flintstone's The Good Food Game
14. Doritos Crash Course
15. Yoshinoya
Games With Product Placement:
1.Crazy Taxi
2. Alan Wake
Am I missing any? I'm sure that I am.
What games have you played that featured some level of product placement?
Edit:
I think for simplicity's sake, and to avoid a list of hundreds of sports games, I want product placement to be integral to the experience vs just billboards in the background or the sole Cola Can lying on the ground.
For example, in crazy taxi you'd actually drive people to places such as pizza hut, Pizza Hut, and in one of those Burnout games there are instances of crashing through billboards advertising real products. This should help to make the list more focused.

I havent played it, but there was a Ronald McDonald game on the Genesis. It was made by Treasure, oddly enough.

Chex Quest for PC
I remember reading about a commercial disc based racing game for xbox 360 that downloads real commercials from online and puts them on the billboards you drive by.

When I first saw that one, my entire reaction the whole time was "This looks pretty neat I should try this game sometime"Retrodude wrote:Here's the Angry Nerd take on McKids (NSFW): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVBerX6Dzmc
