Gears of War - thanks but we already have a muscled-men-killin'-aliens series that isn't shitty, it's called Contra
Madden - how about we allow Tecmo and Konami (and Sega lol) to make some NFL games again
Those series are fine IMO, they just need to stop putting them out quite so quickly. It seems to me the highest quality series are the ones that put out at most two titles per gen.

You do realize that people had been begging Nintendo to bring back Kid Icarus for years and years, right? Uprising was a great move on Nintendo's part, and it played so differently than the existing games that it almost could have been a new IP.
Anyway, here's what I would like to see gone:
Grand Theft Auto: I don't enjoy playing the "bad guy," at least not when the game tries to be somewhat realistic ala GTA 4. This series can't be having any positive effect on the culture.
yes, i'm that guy who always plays light side in kotor
Bayonetta: Same sort of deal. I wouldn't be comfortable playing this game.
Leisure Suite Larry: No need to explain.
Saint's Row: Once again...
Final Fantasy: These haven't been any good since the PS1 days, if you ask me.
Ratchet & Clank: Although Ratchet 1-3 are among my favorite games ever, the series has been in a steady decline ever since it made the jump to PS3. With no indications of improvement in the future, I think it's time Sony retired this once-great series.
Medal of Honor: Once upon a time, COD was a MOH imitator. It's long been the other way 'round now, and as it turns out MOH is a crappy imitator. Time for the franchise that popularized WWII shooters to die.
