How do swaps and trades work in the BST forum?

Apologies if this doesn't belong here, was going to post directly in the BST section but thought that it's reserved for sales threads. Mods, feel free to move if necessary.

I have some items that I'm thinking about selling but I'm also open to doing straight trades or swaps. Just wondering how people tend to go about this kind of transaction. Obviously the trust factor here is really paramount, and there's no clear process as to who sends their item first.

Just wondering how members who have swapped items with other members have gone about this.

Thanks man. I did read that first, but I guess your point is that communication between all parties is key. BST thread will be up this weekend, looking forward to moving some stuff!
