Here is one that just hit me. I wish there was a continuation or remake of the old Sierra Adventure game series, Manhunter. The story was brilliant, featuring little to no dialog for reasons story related and was a great crime mystery that engaged the player in ways unheard of at the time. I feel like a game like this could happen with modern mechanics and graphics, to create an interesting science fiction crime thriller with action elements mixed in. It would be spectacular.
For those that don't know the story revolved around the Earth being taken over by alien beings known as orbs, which looked like giant eyeballs. They forced humanity to wear generic brown robes, speech was forbidden and essentially humanity was in an enslaved complacency. you play a private investigator for the orbs, sent to investigate a series of murders, all the while uncovering the orbs true motives.

And I want Bioware to get their hands on the Lord of the Rings license and to make an RPG like the KOTOR games, or Dragon Age Origins. But NOT Dragon Age 2.
I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.
