I'd love to see QT do Batman.
He's way too unconventional to do a Batman movie. I don't think he could if he tried, and I don't know if he's that big of a comic book nut anyway. He's more of a movie nerd

He would be a nice participant in an Animatrix style project with the Batman though...

That's a fair point. Sometimes bringing in an outsider produces some of the best movies for a known license or franchise. The Star Trek reboot, X-Men, even the latest Batman trilogy I think were all made by directors not initially familiar with the material

It's one of the reasons I'm one of the few Whedon fans intrigued by rumors of a Buffy reboot movie, despite not having Whedon's involvement.

I wouldn't.

Young Bruce would probably see his Father decapitated while also being forced to see his Mother being gang raped before her throat is slit. Short training montage with Western music in the background, and then cut to the Batman, which is dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. And Batman never, ever shuts up. Two hours of the movie is Batman and Alfred sitting down and talking about Lady gaga and how ridiculous the idea of a batcave is, although Batman really wants one.

And Robin is played by Uma Thurman, who wears an eye mask and a red and green bikini.

I'd watch that movie.

Seven Psychopaths.

I think I like In Bruges better, but this movie was AWESOME! Hilarious, great dialogue and Sam Rockwell being just a little saner than he is in real life. What gets me about the humor in this film is that you can be watching a scene with very important/serious dialogue in it - and the way the characters deliver the lines make you spit-take or just start laughing.

One of my favorite scenes involves Colin Ferrel when he says "This is fucking great. THIS IS FAHHHHHHCKKING GREHHHHHHHHHTTT."

A lovely, hilarious and well written flick that I am going out to buy immediately.

The Colt SAA used carts since 1872, so many of the guns used in DJANGO UNCHAINED are historically accurate.

Thought that was worth pointing out for some reason.

The western music/Uma Thurman parts make sense, I don't see the rest being correct.

I think it would be great to see Tarantino/Rodriguez do a joint Batman movie. I could see it being the new Batman movies having raw sex with the 90's Batman movies.
