I feel like future generations will look back on Facebook with the same sense of shame that we look back on slavery.

Smile: Waking up to see that we raised a good chunk of change for Hinako. I can't thank everyone enough for their participation. It may have not been the highest grossing charity auction we've had, but for me it has been the most rewarding.

Although I spent hours upon hours interviewing families, I'm glad that even through unfortunate circumstances, we can honor a former Racketboy member. This speaks volumes about this community.

Frown: My PM inbox has the potential to explode on Monday.

Smile: T'eo interview in eight minutes. If he plays the role of victim I hope Schapp doesn't go easy on him.

I was watching that for the past few days. It continues to show what a great community RB is, and how it worked out we were able to give back to someone from here. I was gonna put a bid in for item 28 (MAT 1 for GameCube), but I didn't want to be *that guy* who outbid someone at 11:59  I leave the sniping for eBay

There's only one time I experience a PM box exploding, that's over at shmups.com forums during STGT in August

Holy shit! I just had a car die on me in the middle of traffic. It's my dads van we use for work, I was on a bridge over the Mississippi in downtown Minneapolis and the car wouldn't accelerate as I came over the hump so I just coasted to a red light and the brakes weren't really responding very well but I stopped enough then the van wouldn't accelerate so I was able to coast over and stop then start the car again and got around the corner. The car won't start now and when i try to it just turns over and makes an ugly sound. I'm sitting here waiting for my dad to show up and figure things out. I'm also parked pretty illegally too so I'm sure a meter maid will pop up in just a sec and tell me to move the car

That was pretty damn scary. I'm so glad traffic was crap on the freeway or else I'd have gotten on the freeway out of town instead of going through downtown.
