BoneSnapDeez wrote:Well the Dungeons & Dragons Anthology is the one that seems to have shot up in price - unless there's another similarly titled anthology I don't know about.

But the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale collections are $15 each. Planescape Torment can also be found for $15.

The only "problem" now is Temple of Elemental Evil which seems to be $33 on Amazon.

Unless of course you purchase it in this compilation... Is that even real? Looks like a bad photoshop?
I bought my copy at GameStop last year for $20, brand-new. And it does include Temple of Elemental Evil and Planescape Torment.

The initial comment was that the collection there has spiked up to $110 new, $50 used on Amazon. Gamestop.com still lists it for $19.99, but also as unavailable online. So, presumably, the print run for it has mostly sold out. Finding it for the "normal" price may be an issue unless local stores happen to have a copy (or it gets reprinted).

haha yeah the $20 GameStop ones are merely copies that haven't sold yet - it won't be back in stock once sold out. Much like the $50 copies of Xenosaga that are still out there. The game is "worth" much more.

That's insane that it's raised in value that much in less than a year.

I didn't seek out my copy or anything last year, so I didn't realize it was rare. I was waiting in line at GameStop with a handful of cheap PS2 games, when I saw a few copies of it sitting on the shelf and got it.

Craiglist ad for it ---> http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/ele/3537375630.html
For $50 I'd go for it. You won't be able to use light guns on it but things should look pretty good.

I think that's the same model of WEGA that I have. Wish mine wasn't broken though :( .
You are GOING TO NEED HELP MOVING IT. 185 lbs monster right there.
