Action-based, relaxing games?

I always thought the platforming in R&C was very uninspired; the level design shows that the designers really just shoehorned it in there for the sake of appearances. Whatever fun is in that game comes from the combat, which is so simple that you could beat a world by mashing your head against the controller for about 15 minutes. I'm sure the sequels are better, but I don't want to waste my time.

I agree, however, that Sly Cooper is an excellent series. No arguments whatsoever here.

Finally, for the record, I personally find Daxter to be a riot. He's not nearly annoying as the bundle of 90s tropes that is Ratchet (or, as I like to call him, Bubsy 2.0).

I didn't think you were being rude. We just have strong opinions on these games and that's fine. At least we both love the Sly Cooper games :D

Yeah, Crash Bandicoot for PS1 is awesome. I have a lot of good memories playing that game.

Jet Set Willy also but that might be a little too retro since I have seen Saints Row mentioned :)
