Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
Smile - I was entered into a contest at work to name our sales teams. My name for my primary team was Ockhams Razor, while my secondary team (which my replacement will be taking over whenever they let her start) I named Badgers.
Ticked - I was told I cant use copyrighted names for the team names and that Ockhams Razor was from Star Trek (Im not a trekkie by any stretch but apparently people think I am). When I explained its not from Star Trek but was a principle used in many fields like economics and physics, I was ignored, and told to put in another name.
Smile - Should be finally getting a smartphone tonight or tomorrow morning. I held off long enough, but secondary job requires it now, so Galaxy S3 here I come.

Managers at a sales company not knowing what Occam's Razor is?
I feel like that should surprise me but after thinking about it for a minute that doesn't surprise me at all.

Both smiling and a bit pissed off. Was walking my dogs and found these guys abandoned in the road.

I stopped by a few houses but was only met with blank stares. I live in a rural area so there are very little houses to stop by as it is. They weren't in terrible shape, but dogs this young require nourishment and they were clearly weak and wanting it. I wanted to keep the little guys so bad, but I simply don't have the time or money to raise two puppies at the moment. I found a no kill shelter/adoption center and put them in their care. They look like Border Coolie mixes to me.
So I'm glad I was able to put the pups in good hands and hopefully a good home in the future. But to think some asshole would just drop these poor guys off is sickening and makes me want to take a sledgehammer to a kneecap.

The Gamestop employee I just dealt with didn't appreciate me asking to pre order battletoads for the Wii-U when he asked if he could help me find anything.
he totally thought I was serious and was a little freaked out and googled it up on his phone. They didn't have anything I wanted but as I left I asked if he's ever thought about getting a copy of battletoads to stuff in his hoodie sleeve so when he gets off his shift they find it during the employee search. He laughed pretty damn hard and said he's totally going to do it to piss off one of the managers.

Unbelievably bad mood...
I'm fed up not working and being at home all the time. At the same time I refuse to go work for free, which would exactly be the case with this retarded debt management plan...
No reason to get up. No reason to go to sleep. Never awake and never asleep. No good memories and nothing to look forward to. No goal whatsoever. Everything is just so pointless. Which begs the question: 'Why the fuck am I still walking around?'
I'm stuck on Fucked Up Island with all the degenerates while everybody else left on the Happy Boat...
