I was going through Phantasy Star Online last night, and was playing a few levels, when I heard some familiar music. In fact, this wasn't the first time--times prior I heard snippets of the first dungeon of Phantasy Star in PSO Episode II. However, my curiosity piqued, and I went online to see if there were anymore I hadn't realized. I found this amazing video filled with cameos of songs of games prior. Phantasy Star fans will get a kick out of it. Heck there's even a Phantasy Star song that makes an appearance in Skies of Arcadia!
Which brought me to this topic and hopefully leads to some cool sharing. What sorts of retro nods of acknowledgement, homages, or Easter Eggs have you found in some of your favorite games?

Nintendo loves doing stuff like this. Hell, the Smash Bros. games are practically nothing but these sorts of references.
Another good Ninty example:
In The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, if you visit the practice rooms of the Zora band's bass player and pianist, you'll hear them practicing Zelda 1 tunes on their respective instruments. The bass player is playing the bass parts of the dungeon theme, while the pianist is playing the game over/continue screen music.
Another good Ninty example:
