Yes! You peel it off and it still leaves residue and "void" where the sticker was. This baffles me because they seem to cater to collectors by only taking in games in really good condition and they don't take disk based games without the original case and manual. It's easy to get the residue off with Goo Gone but it's still annoying. I bought a copy of Slam City for Sega CD and it's in excellent condition- or was. It comes in a cardboard box and they put the damn sticker on there. I can't see getting the residue off without damaging the box.flojocabron wrote:Does that Gamedude Store still put those shiny metal sticker on their stuff?
It's annoying and they suck. They are pretty much like old blockbuster Rental/Void stickers from back then.
I've got some stuff down here where I live that originally came from farther up north. And I've gotten product with that Gamedude sticker on it. Some SNES,GEN and NES games and some strategy guides with the stores sticker on them.
I've googled that store in the past and it looks like they have cool stuff.
But that sticker! Arrgh!
They do have great stuff though. The have stuff for pretty much any system you can think of.
