Thanks for the SW tips indecks. Didn't even know there was so much Clone Wars stuff.

I'll be sure to check it out... ^^

Anyways, here's the latest movies I've seen:

Image

Not bad, but should've been a 45 min episode of something, not a full length feature film...

Image

Punk-ass teens and killer robot teachers. Now thàt was a fun ride...

Image

Mediocre 80's cheesy sci-fi horror movie...

I love that movie. But that probably doesn't surprise many of you.

You pretty much summed up the movie with "It's a great movie to see with Mom". It is a great flick, but not something every guy would like to see with a buddy.

Mediocre. Cliché. Unintentionally funny.

It's the Splice of possession movies.

That's not saying I didn't enjoy it.

To a certain extent...

I did enjoy Class of 1999 a lot though. If you haven't seen it, check it out.

I've seen the film's prequel which is Class Of 1984. However... the tone and theme seems to be EXTREMELY different. I'm giving it a shot though (It's from the same director after all).

And yeah, I know Chopping Mall is cheesy beyond belief but it's pretty fun and the ridiculous deaths and amounts of explosions makes up for it (It haves to be the most explosive mall I've ever seen, even the beds explode into flames).

Ebert's Top Movies of 2012

Kudos to Ebert for acknowledging Oslo, August 31, even though it's a 2011 production.. Good list.

I adore Ebert. Even when I think I know his tastes down to a T, he throws a curveball. I knew ARGO would probably be #1 on his list, but I thought he would have found FLIGHT like I did; average. Well, it's that, and Denzel totally channels his inner John Witherspoon and the performance will always remind me of this.

Watched the new Dredd movie from this year. It was... ok? I can't stand Lena Heady/Heddy/HedleyLamar whatever. She just makes the same dumb face in everything. Eh, whatever that wasn't a big deal.

It just tried to be a little too violent and it came off as cheesy. I did like Karl Urban as Dredd, and I loved that he never removed his helmet. That rocked. But, it's kind of a shame that the director tried to remake The Raid, which was definitely a better movie. This one felt like an episode from a TV show because it didn't give us much more info about the world they occupied.

It was ok, it was entertaining, but it wasn't as good as The Raid.
