I saw this and couldn't believe someone ever bothered to make the game: Bungee Jump Simulator
The only thing fun about Bungee jumping is the rush of the fall, which a video game cannot simulate. So what is left? Certainly not fun.
Are there any other unbelievable "I can't believe this is an actual product" games out there?

Just because the video always makes me laugh and this thread is likely to fill up with games that have "Simulator" in the title, here's some people having fun at Farming Simulator 2011's expense:

There's a Fear Factor game for GBA...
"Are you afraid to eat this?"
"I would be. If I weren't a sprite."

Aren't those "Simulator Series" games meant to be absurd in the first place? I mean, Wood Cutter Simulator had to be made just to see if anyone would buy it.

Besides garbage truck, forklift etc simulators, I've got to say that many golden age arcade games are based on ideas that seem really stupid by modern standards, like paperboy and burger time.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

I'm not kidding, I really find Shenmue to be an unbearable chore and a boring concept. Its ONLY redeeming quality is the arcade in the game.KDub wrote:

IMHO, of course.

Who'd'av thunk that a taxi driving simulator would be entertaining?Menegrothx wrote:Besides garbage truck, forklift etc simulators, I've got to say that many golden age arcade games are based on ideas that seem really stupid by modern standards, like paperboy and burger time.
