@OP, when was the first time you exposed your kids to the older games? My kids don't have any issues with older games. Just now, they were watching me play Ocarina of Time (n64) on the Wii. They have played some of the Gameboy Color pokemon games.

They have seen the retro games since 2005 or 2006. They have played the systems and games but they just don't like it anymore. Both my kids says the games are too hard
