I dunno, maybe, I found him slightly less teeth-gnashing than Rugal's appearances in KoF '98 and '02. I can't speak for his outing in the original KoFs. Only slightly, though.

Shin Akuma in CvS2, however, annoyed the nut off me. It was almost Mortal Kombat in its levels of brokenness.
Isnt evil rugal the same as shin rugal? Because thats who i mean
In CvS2 he's Ultimate Rugal.

I got stuck on the part with the Kratos clones for like 3 hours and then I never touched the game again. The real reason that I quit is that that segment of the fight is just utterly broken.
I remember that part. It is really hard but there's a way to do it. I can't quite remember though off the top of my head, but I've beaten GOW on God mode before. I think there's a trick to it.

My strategy was to abuse the infinite magic that you got from Wrath of the Gods which could usually get me pretty far (some of those magic techs can easily clear out an entire room of the clones in a few seconds), but down the line it would always just fall apart. I might still go back and do it someday, but I'm so opposed to the way that GoW (and a lot of modern games) handle difficulty settings that I'm not even sure that I care that much.

(Actually, I did eventually beat Battletoads and Mike Tyson's Punch Out, but not without considerable fits of rage)
