Mario 2 cart with ADAPTOR?
I picked up a nes lot of carts which included a Mario 2 Cart, as i picked it up I noticed it was noticeably heavier than my other Mario 2 carts. Later that night I put the questioned cart on the scale, and was in deed was heavier than the others, I’d like to know if you guys have heard of Mario carts also bringing conversion adaptors like GYROMITE did.any insight would be help and if they bring adaptors does it make them more disirable?

I've never heard of a Mario 2 cart having an adapter inside, and I doubt that it does. I do know of minor differences between Mario 2 carts, but nothing drastic.
Open your Mario 2 carts up to compare. That's the only way you're really gonna know what the weight difference is all about.

For your sake, I hope it's not filled to the brim with dead bugs or something.

Not possible for it to have a converter, our version of SMB 2 wasn't released on cartridge in Japan until 1992. Only some of the "black box" games have the converter inside, Nintendo stopped doing that by around mid 1986-early 1987 I think.
