Just purchased the Friday The 13th "complete" set. My local Best Buy employees are slack.

"Your total is $40 and change".

-Isn't this on sale at Target for $19.99?

"Okay, your total is $20 and change".

Tim Burton's "Dark Shadows". Loved it, and while it was a little long, I don't think of anything I'd wanna take out.

Decided to watch a movie I hadn't seen in many years.

Starman - Directed by John Carpenter staring Jeff Bridges.

A pretty interesting Alien film, it was nice to go back and understand why my dad took me to Meteor Crater in Arizona. Amazing Bridges didn't win an academy award that year...

The last half hour and ending would be a good start.

I was actually watching House of Dark Shadows earlier this morning before going to work. I quite liked what I saw of it. I guess they took the original cast of the soap and put it in a more condensed movie form? Pretty neat. Might have to buy the Bluray just to see what I missed.

Just watched the 2012 remake of Total Recall. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't awesome. Got a few references down pretty cool (tri-tits, ripped off arm, etc) but it just didn't seem as cool as the original.

Kate Bekinsdale's character came off more annoying than anything, but still. I'd be just fine if I were mind wiped and woke up next to her every day.

"Oh, im not supposed to go to Rekall and I get to bang ya? DEAL."

*world explodes*

after watching the amazing spiderman last night i'd have to say it was a better movie than raimi's.i thought the acting was better, had better character development, and followed the comic better. plus it didn't have tobey maguire in it. something about him just make me want to punch him in the face for some reason.
