Seriously, guys, this makes IGN look like Shakespare, I can't even phantom how anyone is not happy about it getting the cut. And showing boobs doesn't help anyone.

X-Play was hilarious and underrated. The Screensavers was awesome but when it switched to Attack of the Show it became all about tits and crude humor. I'm a fan of all these things but theres a time and a place. They really dumbed it down and ruined the show.

I have to say now that the end is near i have a mixture of relife and sadness.

I remember watching gamespot tv back when it was still ZDTV. It was the best thing since gamepro tv (well thats not exactly hard to do but still).

When it became extended play on tech tv it was still fun. I also enjoyed all the other real tech shows like Call for Help and the screensavers. Also anime unleashed. Probably the only way a lot of people got to see Crest of the Stars.

Then came the brief period where g4 and tech tv combined and things were still ok. I genuinely liked some of the new shows. Icons was a fantastic show. The electric playground was ok at times. Even arena was tolerable at times.

Then came the dark times.

When G4 took overly completely and it slowly started to become apparent they had no real interest in video games.

This rebrand into a poor man's spike tv (which was a poor man's vh1) is just a fate complete.

I'm sad to see another part of my younger days die, but i'm also glad to see that disgusting bastardization of it is finally going away.

Anime Unleashed was what got me into Range Murata. (By way of Last Exile.)
I sometimes have trouble remembering what was shown on Toonami and early AS vs Anime Unleashed; The latter showed Hellsing, too, didn't they?

Anyway, I pretty much agree with you all the way. I'm at least glad that TechTV lives on in some small way through TWiT and Rev3.

That's the weird thing I don't see the pretty with Webb. To me, Kristen Holt is pretty. Morgan has this wicked witch of the west face

Olivia Munn isn't the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, but I find her more attractive than Morgan Webb.

Different strokes for different folks. Shame I never saw Adam Sessler in anything before they made him annoying. One thing I like about the dude is that he's a big Sly Cooper fan

Just watch Adam in normal videos (think he's done some vlogs?) or something, the guy gets really genuine and enthusiastic when he's seriously talking games, which was never X-Play. That's just him obviously reading witty and dumb lines a lot of the time from other writers. In everything else though the guy seems legit and pretty cool. Extended Play was just him talking about games and being serious, good stuff.

Kristen Holt was also a great host on Cheat and whatever else she did off and on, they really dropped the ball with her. She was a real fan, knew what she was talking about, would've been way better than Munn and Webb if you ask me.
