I stopped updating on RFG after their crash because doing so for large amounts of stuff is tedious. What I really would like is an option to upload a CSV file or something similar so that I can keep a local copy updated and just upload it to a database. RG allows you to download these, but not upload them :(
This is a good example - there you go.

The thing is, something like this could cost around $10,000 of development costs or more.
Over time, I might be able to migrate some custom development from another web project I manage, but it would still take some serious pay to customize it in the ways we need and to fit the video game data types.

So, it may happen on RB someday, just don't expect it in the next year or so.

If all 5765 members place an order, sure -- I'll get going on it then :)

This!

Plus, having a user-built database (wiki style) along with the ability to track game progress and write notes about particular games would be a huge boon.

I think my ideal system would be backloggery and rfgen mashed together, with a big spoonful of solid UI design thrown in.
