My Wii will stay hooked up for Gamecube compatibility plus it doesn't take up much space. :)

My top 5 in no particular order..

* Elebits
* New Super Mario Bros. Wii
* Donkey Kong Country Returns
* Murasama
* Fortune Street

Honourable mention to the updated Metroid Prime 1 & 2 and Super Paper Mario.

..and who in the righteous fuck is going to unplug and pack away their Wii? That's crazy talk.

I probably should pack mine up. It's had maybe 2 hours of use total. Maybe once I feel like hitting the few games I have for it.

I am about to move into a very small house and the only game console I am taking is my softmodded Wii. Ill have a gaming PC and 3ds with me, but the only console is the Wii. Softmodding gave me emulators and hdd loading, so all 80 of my Wii games are with the console. And since I am trying to buy a house, the WiiU is a down the road purchase for me.

YOU CAN PRY MY WII FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS

:shock:

Endless Ocean 1 was the only good game of this entire console generation.

The best game I played on the Wii was Sin & Punishment. I don't have a Wii anymore but I have a copy of S&P waiting for my Wii U next month.

Pack up your Wii? Considering I can play GC games on it with component and I have mine hacked so it is the ultimate emulator, I do not plan on packing it up! :)

I've really enjoyed the wii, although the library is not mainly targeted at "hard core gamers" there is a decent amount of gems that could easily satisfy anyone’s appetite for hunger (figuratively speaking).

(not particularly in any order)
*muramasa: demon blade
*Resident Evil (darkside/chronicals)/House of the Dead (overkill/2&3)
*Sin & Punishment
*Super smash bros. Brawl
*Tatsunoko vs Capcom

Arpuhguh? Fffpiss? Bah!
"Shmup" is far more elegant!

Considering I cannot afford a Wii U I shall be playing the Wii for the next year or two. There are still so many great games I haven't played on it, and with Little King's Story on the go at the moment and I've still to complete Twilight Princess, there is plenty of gaming left for me. Other than Rayman Legends, Pikmin 3 and Ninja Gaiden 3, I'm not too bothered about the new Wii. I've only had my Wii for a year or so and there is a lot of gaming to catch up on!
Currently playing Splinter Cell: Blacklist
