What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
They showed Amazing Spider-Man on the plane. It was an entertaining movie, but mom pretty much summed up my thoughts on it. When I asked her what she thought about it she said, "It was good, but...why'd they re-do it?"

Because if they didn't then the movie rights would revert to Marvel.elmagicochrisg wrote:Because they can...Michi wrote:"It was good, but...why'd they re-do it?"

Ah, the plot thickens... lolAppleQueso wrote:Because if they didn't then the movie rights would revert to Marvel.
Still, I think a remake or reinvention was better than a fourth movie with the same actors again.
Not that I didn't like the other 3 movies mind you...

Fucking Sony.
That said, I do agree with what BurningDoom said. The costume is unforgivably bad, but I went in to that movie wanting to hate it, and I actually quite enjoyed it, even if there were some stupid bits.
I'd still rather have Marvel get the rights back though.

From a review of ALEX CROSS:
"As you're reading this, a very bad movie that goes by the title of Alex Cross is playing in a theater somewhere near you. Alex Cross stars Tyler Perry (Star Trek) as the man who has his name in the title of this very bad movie."
Tyler Perry of Star Trek? This reviewer obviously did his homework.

Possibly the best trailer of all time.
Not convinced? It's a Japanese trailer for The Expendables 2 that will have you saying "Bum bum bum bum bum bum bumme" all day long.

Sounds to me that they enjoy the fact that Van Damme sounds a lot like Gundam when said in a heavy Japanese accent.Luke wrote:Possibly the best trailer of all time.
