Last I saw him, Funk was still entertaining (thanks to hardcore matches), but that was a quite a few years ago, now. Flair is a mockery of himself and has been for years. He's been a joke since WCW folded. Yeah, people point to Evolution, but think about it. He was a mid-carder in Evolution, and was held up by HHH and Orton at the time; when before that he was the main-event wherever he went.

The funny thing is that in the 1999 documentary Beyond the mat they were talking about how Terry's going to retire and showing footage from his ECW matches... and that picture is from the 2006 ECW one night stand. And he's done some matches in 2010 and 2011
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)

Wow, Smackdown's entire focus was the tag division. Even the main event revolved around the tag title situation. That's highly unusual.

Yeah, I thought the end of the show was hilarious too. Thumbs up from me

It sounds good to me, too. I'm on the West Coast, Smackdown still has about 45 minutes before it even starts, for me.

Every two to three years Vince remembers this division. Granted the last time had DX in PPV main event (and also that high profile feud with Legacy) so HHH was involved.

I really like the Kane/Bryan tag team stuff. Perfect segway for Bryan before another run on top. Now if only the belts weren't so ugly.

I know I'm an awful person for saying this, but Cena's injury putting him out of action indefinitely could be a very wonderful thing. Finally we'll get to see someone else in the spotlight. Unfortunately though, I'm not too keen on the idea of that guy being Ryback

Can this guy even drop a decent promo? Can he give you a pay per view quality match? Oh, wait, he's huge. That's all it takes for the WWE machine to get behind you. Apparently, they've still learned nothing from shining stars like Punk, Ziggler, and Daniel Bryan. Oh well, whatever. I just find Ryback incredibly boring. Guys like him are a dime a dozen. He's just another Ezekiel Jackson or Tensei.
