Is this for real? $1 for a burger? Damnnnn, it's £4.79 here for an ordinary Whopper. And to get my favourite, an XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal at Burger King, costs nearly £7.Luke wrote:I'm surprised more pizza chains don't have green olives.Gamerforlife wrote:
I like just about anything from Wendy's, McDonalds or Burger King. Of the three I think Wendy's is the best though. Five Guys is great, though I don't go there often but when I do I'm happy.
Wendy's has a $1 double burger that you can add lettuce, tomato, and onion for free. For me it's the best $1 burger by miles.
At McDonalds you can order a McDouble and ask to hold the ketchup and mustard and add lettuce, onion and special sauce. $1 big mac minus one bun. Or you can get crazy like the kids these days do and order a mcdouble and a mcchicken and combine them into one sandwich.
Never liked BK except for the crown hats you get for free, so I have no suggestions for ya.
I tend to eat at more affordable places like chip shops, kebab and pizza places. I'm a sucker for a bit of battered fish, but even that is £4 for a good bit of haddock.
When I see these programs on television about fat people who eat junk everyday, the first thing that springs to mind is how do they afford it!?
