What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Well, admittedly, it has been a while since I've seen it. But I still stand by my point (though poorly worded), that it's not unusual to see him with slicked back hair. And since BurningDoom says it's not that big of a deal, I don't care anymore.

Just watched the new trailer for the remake of Red Dawn.

Wow, this looks bad. It seems way more slick than the one i saw as a kid, but its premise is still laughable at best.

Granted the emp plot device is way better than the, hey we just dropped out of the middle of the sky in Colorado.

Any kind of invasion of the mainland U.S would mean a nuclear response.

Now i can enjoy an invasion movie like for instance, Invasion USA. Its so dopey and doesn't seem to take itself so seriously.

Maybe if they played the movie as camp or satire, but even with Thor in your cast this is going to be stupid.

Oh, and to top it off, they go PG 13. You can be gutless or stupid, not both.

Yes, and all he has under the spoiler tags is also what makes this one so much better than the first. I realized it about halfway through. This is what this amazing cast needed to make to stay true to the whole "reunion" idea. There were a lot of cheers in all those "moments" there in the tags.

It's as it should be, though. The original was the first movie to be released as PG-13.

But your supposed to try to improve on it. When i think gritty war movie, i don't think PG-13.

I'm glad the Hitler meme lost some steam so we could get a good one like this.

Expendables 2

Hell yeah. I think the Arrow had it right when he said this movie is basically a Cannon action film with a real budget.

Loved this movie from beginning to end. Was a bit disappointed that the lady member of the team didn't get to cut loose as much.

Chuck Norris was amazing in this.

The biggest surprise for me was JCVD. He rocked in the his bad guy role. Not quite as bad ass as Eric Roberts in the first one, but very good. Id love to see him make an action movie comeback in new action movies. Put him in the next Machete people!
