I view Nick Cage films like Death Wish 3 or Commando. They are over the top, poorly acted in, and full of prime moments to make fun of. Overall, they can be a great run for the night. If you have seen the youtube video of him loosing it, it is mostly from those two movies. Oh and Bad Lieutenent

Nic Cage is forever forgiven for all past and present horrible roles and horrible acting for his work in Raising Arizona.

Harvey played the role a thousand times better, in a much better movie.

Well yes, but Harvey is also an invisible rabbit.

HARVEY is actually my favorite film. Doctors should prescribe clinically depressed people to watch HARVEY and MOONRISE KINGDOM BACK to back.

Elwood P.Dowd is simply magnificent. Now James Stewart was always magnificent, but similar to the lead in UP, I fell in love with the guy as son as he was on screen for no reason other than movie magic.

"Everyday is a beautiful day" still remains one of my favorite lines spoken on the big screen. It sums up the entire movie. I can't think of another movie that says "Life is what you make of it" quite like HARVEY, and delivers that message so successfully.

Off to watch THE LAST STARFIGHTER on the big screen. Thank God for slow Thursdays.

Hmm gonna have to watch those.
I ws think I am gonna show old shitty b movies by Ed wood on a 8mm film projector for my birthday (was a couple weeks ago). Thoughts?
The 8mm films I have came from my great uncle that died that gave his mad mags and movies to my grandma(who threw away deep throat a porno which is worth a SHITLOAD of money) and she gave the mads to my brother who passed them to me plus the movies.
I was also thinking of showing the landing on the moon which I have in 8mm form.

I know the story here... but I cracked up so hard at that. I understand... but the idea of any porno being worth the money they ask for that one is hilarious. Especially bad considering its that wonky 70's porn with porn staches and chest hair everywhere.
