Like many of you I have several adapters for my old controllers. It all started with Liksang selling me a Super Smart Joy way back in the day. Years ago I found a guy who was selling an all in one adapter for what seemed like every major console, but I long lost the website. So instead I ended up with a variety of USB adapters:
Super Smart Joy - SNES
3 in 1 Joybox - Saturn, DC, PSX
Super JoyBox 5 - 4 PS2 to USB
Xbox 1 to USB - Xbox
NES to USB - NES
And a couple others I cannot think of.
Well today I rediscovered that device that I lost years ago:
http://spawnlinux.dyndns.org/Bliss-Box/index.html
The Blissbox is a controller adapter that supports 1-12 different console ports to usb. Ranging from the NES to the PCFX to the Jaguar, you can get alot of different combinations. Now it has a steep price tag, but It is a very curious device to me. My thought is to use it with the OUYA. I am going to research it when I get home (no way I am googling blissbox reviews at work...) and see what the reviews say.
So what all adapters do yall use/recommend? Out of the ones I have the Super Joybox5 is temperamental on 7 and if it is plugged in when you boot it will bluescreen the computer. The others are great on xp, 7, and ubuntu.

Re: Controller Adapters for Emulation
For the PC and a PS1/PS2 controller, I use an older Kiky X-Series from Frys. One thing I noticed is the connector input is grey which maybe represents compatibility to PS1 controllers? I use a PS1 Arcade Stick and different Duel Shocks, all work just fine.

Wow.. that blissbox is really cheesy (ugly) looking. Fairly overpriced as well.
I use an official SEGA Saturn USB pad (Genesis, MAME), Buffalo SNES USB pad (SNES, NES, GB, GBA) and a cheap deal extreme PS1-2 adapter + Sony controller (everything else).
