What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Sure it did. Morgan Freeman regained his faith in humanity and the killer was stopped.

Morgan Freeman does that in EVERY movie he's been in, even if he just does the voice over. (you've got to give me that)

SE7EN ends on a note where I think Pitt kills himself, which catapults a wave of mimic serial killers. I love the movie, but in the end, the bad guy won.

You're assuming the killer was the bad guy.

Watched V/H/S at the Traverse City Film Festival. Brilliant, and genuinely scary. Not many movies can boast that. Just take this advice- if you're going to see it, go in completely blind- don't look up any reviews, trailers, or information regarding the film. You won't be disappointed.

Attack the Block

Full review forthcoming with some others in my backlog but...really Luke? I am starting to think that you and I have completely different understandings of what makes a great movie.

Ghostbusters III... Even if Bill Murray comes back, it could never live up to the hype or expectations. Let it be~
A big "shame on you" for doubting a Ramis & Akroryd script. I have full faith in them to make an incredible Ghostbuster's Trilogy if they wanted.
I'd rather them give it a shot and hope for a good movie, then not try at all. I've seen the first 2 enough times to recite it, practically. So I could use some new Ghostbusters.

I'd rather they leave it alone so we have 2 good movies to remember instead of 2 good and one possible disaster that's missing key people. Leave it ending on a high note.

Just like there are only 3 Indiana Jones movies.

Whedon is writing the new Avenger's movie and helping with a Marvel tv show for ABC. Cool stuff is coming.

Dish, Attack the Block is fun.

It is every monster movie ever 101 except with teenage British gangsters that aren't even witty.

I mostly compared it to the inferior American equivalent, which is so irrelevant that I can't even remember the name of the movie.

Attack the Block was a fun and easy watch.
