I just watched about 20 minutes of it, and apart from a mildly humorous skit from Rowan Atkinson, it's terrible. It's practically written to cement the stereotype that everything is dry and boring over there. The commentators are having to talk over the whole thing just to explain what's going on. I left when they started doing some ode to. . . teen technology and some tv show?
