Do you have a PAL PS2? I think most of the PAL shooties are tough to force to the proper display resolution using a modded, swap disc, tissue trick, etc.

PAL PS2 shmups are insanely well-priced.

As for amazon.uk, your best bet is just post a "wanted: someone in UK to buy / ship to me from amazon.uk". There are many UK members on other forums, and a few on here. I've seen ^that thread topic many times.

THIS. I linked a game from Amazon UK in my Buy/Sale Thread and a member here on Racketboy came thru and bought it for me. He then turned around and shipped it to me. I paid a little extra for the help, but still inexpensive and also a reliable transaction from a known member.

As for the PAL to NTSC, I posted a Guide to fix the screen adjustment. Not perfect, but very workable to get the scores displayed properly. Anyone who does the conversion, please post over there what Y Fix position you use and I'll add it to the Guide in the OP.

got me some stuff today.

Thrift store: Early PS2 MAD CATZ memory card Clear blue and bottom black $1.50

Fleamarket: Virtua Fighter Saturn, CD jewel case $2.00 Sadly the manual is wet and some mold :x inside the case, but the CD looks ok. Paid $2.00

PS1 Peter Pan In Disney's Return To Neverland Complete $1.00; it was mixed in with some Computer software discs. Guy thought it was one of those.

GC Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc $2.00; Probably a preorder bonus or something. Not sure if it came with a manual tho. Some scratches on the disc, but mostly fine.

DC Crazy Taxi and Tony Hawks Pro Skater $2.00 each. Clean and complete

Wii: My Word Coach $2.00 Complete.

At gamestop I got: Battle Fantasia 360 $4.49; Samurai Shodown Sen 360 $8.99; YS The Oath In FelghanaPSP $3.49; and Brave Story New TravelerPSP $7.19 All complete.

I dont have a 360 yet, but I think I'm gonna start on my 360 collection. I want to get games complete, before Gamestop totally chucks the boxes away.

Is it the Jirachi disc? If so, it came with case/art and an inner pamphlet (1 sheet), but no manual.

Good price on Fantasia, I might have to swing into GS and grab one. Playing more 360 than PS3 lately.

Alrighty well I finally got a copie of this game mind you I have never played it before but have heard great things. Anyways I got it in perfect shape case, Disc and book I got it for a total of 8.00 :D

Thats a good price! The Greatest hits version is popular to own as well. But Black label is even better!

If you are a virgin ( :lol: ) to this game, I dont want to spoil it too much for you. Have you done reasearch on it yet?

But I do have one tip. Theres more than one ending. Please dont get the crappy one.

Theres so much more than meets the eye. Go for the full completion! And then some!

I have done a little research on it mainly i have read what people are here said a little and watched some video's. It looked fantastic and I got pretty excited to play but storywise nor gamplay I know nothing about. I have only ever played the nes castlevania game's none after period. To be honest this one will kinda be breaking my castlvania cherry lol :o

IS this game considered rare the black label version? Also what's it worth would you say black label 10/10 shape just curious?

congrats on the good haul for that atari.

you got a good chunk of the better games for it.

Some of those games are easy to understand and some make you go WTF!!

To this day I still dont know how to play REACTOR!

Amidamar is a SLLLOOOOOOOWWWW game, but for some reason I go back to play it over and over!

yars revenge IMO hasnt aged very well. Its just back and forth and back and shoot. Its lost its appeal to me.

I think I'll stop there, cause I can keep going....
