Robocop
I'm on a "Robocop" kick- I'd like to know which are the best (home) video games starring the mechanical badass. Any suggestions? Any I should avoid?

Re: Robocop
I can recommend Robocop vs. Terminator on the Genesis without hesitation. Same goes for Robocop on the Game Boy.

Re: Robocop
Robocop vs Terminator is excellent, other than that I remember playing the original Robocop game on the CPC - that was OK, and the sequel on the ST which was not as good as the first one. Havn't played those since they were new though
Re: Robocop
There were 3 Robocop titles on the NES. I would say the first one would be worth a look, the other 2 aren't bad but they suffer from that stiff control Ocean would have on their later NES releases.

Re: Robocop
Robocop on GB is so awesome. I love that game. I can't recommend Robocop 2 on GB though. I thought that one was pretty terrible. My wife recently bought me Robocop for PS2, which is a JPN import, though I haven't had a chance to give it try yet. In interest of this thread, maybe I'll throw it in tonight to let you know if it's any good.

If it's the game I think it is, beware. It's a Titus release.noiseredux wrote:Robocop on GB is so awesome. I love that game. I can't recommend Robocop 2 on GB though. Re: Robocop
There are actually three RoboCop games on the NES. I would not recommend any of them. I would, however, recommend emulating the original RoboCop arcade game by Data East. It is an enjoyable game from the "Bad Dudes" era.flojocabron wrote:Theres two robocop games for the NES.

Re: Robocop
Robocop 3 for SNES is one of the most brutal games I've ever played. It's not particularly bad, but if you want to make any progress it's going to require some serious memorization.

And this too ^ It was a rental for me back in the day, that's it.brunoafh wrote:Robocop 3 for SNES is one of the most brutal games I've ever played. It's not particularly bad, but if you want to make any progress it's going to require some serious memorization.
