Is Parasol Henbee for Game Boy rare?

I have the opportunity to buy Parasol Henbee for Game Boy (mint) for about 15$.

But i can't find anything about the rarity of this title (i"m using rarityguide.com and digitpress.com).
On eBay, it's pretty expensive 26$ and 46$.

Does anyone know anything about the rarity of the game? Should i buy the cart or skip it?

To be honest I have no clue about the rarity, but for $15 you can't go wrong that game looks pretty fun. Also, you probably won't lose money if you have to sell it later on.
