I know, I'm just saying that the only obstacle is the work itself.

I want to get it but I know there going to fuck it up, either with the control scheme or changing the game. They did it with superstar on the DS. I mean really how can you fuck up superstar that badly.

I'm considering this, if only to open a hard copy of these games. I already own dreamland for GB, and I have Adventure, Dream Land 3 and SuperStar (Fun Pak) on Virtual Console, so I actually have most of the games included already.

If they put them on the PAL version at 60hz, it'd be a definite purchase, but they didn't on VC or for Mario All-stars, so Im doubtful.

So many F-bombs, so little exposition.

I say wait and see how it turns out.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Since i was a kid i always though kirby looked fun going back to the nes days but never really got a chance to play it and it grew from there where i missed all of them d:

Is the wii titles worth it for someone just starting in the series?

Also I love platformers almost all types but i tend to agree with one's that are more ecentric

Should I invest in kirby and if so which one's first?

It's worth getting the wii copy. If you have a gameboy get kirby 1 and 2. If you have a nes get kirby. Those kirb'ys are easy to play and lots of fun. I would start with those. For me personally I would buy a gbc or a pocket just to pick the two gameboy kirby dreamlands 1 and 2 . It shouldn't cost you no more than 25 to 30.00 for everything. That's what I'm doing next week

Any of the main Kirby platformers will work as a starting point just fine, It's not really a series I feel needs played in any particular order. I would avoid Amazing Mirror as a starting point though, as it's rather different and a little confusing and frustrating. I actually started with Canvas Curse, which isn't one of the platformers, but it still got me into the series.

I know I'm feeding the troll by saying this, but changed control schemes aren't necessarily ba- DID YOU JUST INSULT THE CHANGES THEY MADE? The music wasn't remixed, so you can't make any complaints about that. The graphics were definitely improved, and fit the DS well due to there basically being a small second screen at the bottom of the original KSS. The physics were basically the same, I didn't notice any significant changes at all. As for features, you've got being able to play as Meta Knight, a MUCH better remake of KDL than SB, an arena mode where you get stuck with one ability but you can't lose it, AND an arena for the KDL remake bosses, the final boss of the Meta Knight mode (who, by the way, is the hardest boss in the series), the added boss to the special arena mode, and if that wasn't enough, an intense upgraded rematch against Marx, the final boss of the original game. It retains the two original subgames, and to retain the KSS fashion of unlockables, you need to play through the main game to unlock them. There's three new subgames, all of which are very creative and have shoutouts to everything from the Dark Matter trilogy to the anime. The music in one of them is a remix of Factory Investigation for God's sakes! Then there's the single cart multiplayer aspects, the wiser use of what music goes where, and the removal of glitches... seriously, did you even play the game you're complaining about?

Yeah, I'm more then likely getting this game. One of the main problems I have is that I don't really have these games anymore as I always borrowed them from my sister and when I moved out of my house we had to split up our games and her's were always Kirby. That being said there are a few games in there that I've never even played before that I want to play to begin with.
