Not really fat (Greek men are much more common to be fat) and the hairy part, I guess sometimes in the arms, but because we lived together with Muslims for such a long time (though waxing was also very popular among rich women since ancient times) they are completely hairless in all the important areas.
Also, I may start to understand what you guys were talking about...

Same here. If you want to see very convincing transsexuals, there are plenty of sites which cover the Southeastern Asian and Latin American ones. Probably not good to Google, though, unless you have Safe Search on to the max, otherwise it might be NSFW.

In defense of the US though, I do think Europe has more smokers than the USA.
As for politics, yeah too many Americans focus exclusively on issues like abortion and gays. In Europe these are non-issues mostly.
