Dude, I have a sub 50 resting heart rate. I'm in Lance Armstrong category except I'm also extremely strong.prfsnl_gmr wrote:Pull 2K in less than six minutes - or 6K in less than 19 minutes - and we'll talk. Here's the proof, check out everyone trying to keep up with me, lol. That's me laughing at their pitiful attempts.

Anyway, that thread is indeed lame. I'm glad Racketboy is the only gaming site I ever post on, that type of stuff doesn't seem to fly here.

Lot of people have resting heart rates less than 50 BPM. (If I recall correctly, Lance Armstrong has a resting hearbeat of 33 BPM.) If you are going to claim "x-treme cardio-respiratory endurance", you are going to have to do something really special.Busomjack wrote:Dude, I have a sub 50 resting heart rate. Nonetheless, good work keeping yourself in such good condition. Many of us have trouble with that once we settle down and embark on our careers.

Yeah but last time I checked my resting heart rate I was jacked up on creatine, caffine, and just got done watching Starship Troopers so it's probably even lower than that.

It is interesting that you are supplementing with creatine, however. While I found that it was very beneficial for anaerobic exercises, I thought that it hindered aerobic development.

If Kevin can get learn the sax while doing cardio with his shirt off and a sealed copy of the Dreamcast fishing rod in his sweat pants... well, don't take this the wrong way... I'm not a queer or anything, but that would be really hot.

Hey guy; I can clearly see someone's arm in the picture almost literally beside you.
