Probably meth or coke started all of this. I don't know how many times on COPS they've shown addicts butt ass naked running around like crazy.

Well... the faceeater was nude most likely because he was strung out... but why the victim? They were both on the interstate.

I guess it's proper etiquette to be completely nude when eating another person or being eaten by another person.

All speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were both in a drug induced manic state of mind and perhaps someone stole the last hit ("come back here with my rock!"), or something like that.

Then again I have seen people flip the fuck out on psychedelics, so who knows?

Point here: there's a difference between being shot and being killed. When someones hopped up on PCP, they are extreeeemely hard to kill compared to normal. When it comes to being shot in the chest, having two collapsed lungs barely stops them until they die of not having oxygen, which can be a pretty decent minute or two.

Some drugs should simply never be sold.
